Rachael’s recent experience encompasses the Telco & Utility Segment Director at illion, a Partner Role in Financial Risk at Deloitte, and Senior Director of Group Credit Risk at SingTel Optus.

She has over 25 years’ global experience in Telco, Utilities and Financial Services, encompassing leadership roles across Sales, Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Collections and Recoveries, Billing and Customer Operations functions.

Rachael’s global experience includes Trans-Tasman and UK Telco roles, and nationally she has been part of Government and Industry body initiatives and Regulation Codes for the Telco Industry. These include the refinement of the Telecommunications Credit Management (now TCP) code, and the TIO (Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman) Hardship Collections Guidelines.


Rachael has held Executive Strategy roles, including Organisation Design following Merger and Acquisitions, and was recently a Councilor on the NSW Divisional Council of the AICM (Australian Institute of Credit Management).
